Before launching her consulting and coaching practice, Marian Howley enjoyed a successful 30+-year career as a leader in finance, corporate banking and wealth management.
Having served as Managing Director at U.S. Trust Bank of America and Senior Vice President at the Bank of New York, she has extensive experience making and maintaining relationships with business owners, industry leaders and other centers of influence. She also served as executive director, director, and consultant at UBS AG, Deutsche Bank, and Scudder Kemper Investments.
During this time, Marian used her business, relationship management and product knowledge skills to:
- Cultivate and serve ultra-high net worth clients
- Motivate high-performing teams
- Develop and evaluate leadership training programs
- Drive revenue growth, maximize ROI and minimize risk
Marian is now a Certified Executive Coach, as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
She has also served as a board member at LifeBridge Community Services, a non-profit organization in Bridgeport, CT, that helps people in need move from crisis to stability. And she’s an active member of the St. Catherine Support Circle Steering Committee, which supports people seeking employment and career advice in the current economic environment. The volunteer group is based at the St. Catherine of Siena Church, in Riverside, CT.
